- If you are not sure of your ring size, wrap a string around your finger where you would wear the ring and mark the length.
- Measure the string against to the mark using a ruler.
- Select the measurement from drop down using the sizing guide below (it will probably be more accurate to use mm).

This is part of the appeal and charm of being hand stamped. We reject and recycle ones that don't meet our standard. Please Note we do not engrave our jewellery. Hand Stamping only!

- Gently clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth suitable for your jewellery's finish.

- Handle delicate chains, pearls and personalised charms with care.
For freshwater pearls, avoid soaking or using jewellery cleaning solutions. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely before storing.

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.
Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.
As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
