How to Personalise

Select Your Discs: Choose the number of initial discs (1–5).

Choose Your Finish: Select Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Filled or Rose Gold Filled, and your preferred chain length.

Enter Your Initials: Add one initial per disc, separated by commas (e.g. A, M, S), in your preferred order.

Add to Cart: Review your selections and add your personalised necklace to your cart.

Each initial is individually handstamped, giving your necklace its own unique character.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics and household cleaning products.
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
Gently clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth suitable for your jewellery's finish.
Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place to prevent scratches and tangling.
Handle delicate chains, pearls and personalised charms with care.

For freshwater pearls, avoid soaking or using jewellery cleaning solutions. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely before storing.

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
