Deluxur Online Purchases
Item/s purchased on our Deluxur website can only be returned via post to our online returns team within 28 days of order delivery (60 days for all international orders).
Item/s purchased on our Deluxur website cannot be returned or exchanged in any Retailer store.
Deluxur item/s purchased on Any Retailer's Online Store are subject to their returns policies and procedures.
Purchases Made With Retailer
Deluxur Item/s purchased at a Retailer boutique must be returned back for replacement or refund to the Retailer's Store which is the place of purchase. Our online returns team cannot return or replace other Retailers' purchases.
Making a warranty claim:
Proof of purchase
Proof of purchase in the form of store register receipt, gift receipt, credit card, bank statement or tax invoice is required before we will process any warranty claim.
How to make a warranty claim with Retailer:
**Do not send your jewellery directly to Deluxur head office**
You will need to take your jewellery and your proof of purchase, at your cost, directly to the place of purchase. If you are unable to take your jewellery to the place of purchase you may be charged postage costs by the retailer. If the retailer is satisfied that the warranty claim is valid the retailer will at its option arrange for the repair or replacement of the jewellery. The retailer will advise you of your repair options (if any) and the retailer’s charges in the event that your warranty claim is not accepted or expired.
Jewellery Warranty Exclusions
The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, the use of charms or items not manufactured by Deluxur or use outside Deluxur's care instructions. Tarnishing of silver jewellery particular occurs naturally and therefore, cleaning or refund not covered by the warranty.
*Please Note: For hygiene reasons we cannot offer you an exchange, credit note, refund on any earrings or all personalised items for change of mind.
Our returns and exchange policy applies to both full price and sale merchandise.
Personalisation
Please note that personalised items are hand stamped the letter by letter and may be not perfectly straight, making them each one of a kind and unique, so slight variations are to be expected. For us and the people, who buy our jewellery, this not ideality is part of what lends originality to our work, as opposed to the "standard" feel of machine made inscriptions and engraving.
Our hand stamped jewellery pieces are one of a kind and unique. Although we take great care making each piece, stampings may not be perfectly aligned, centered, or spaced. This is part of the appeal and charm of being hand stamped. We reject and recycle ones that don't meet our standard.
IMPORTANT:
Usually jewellery in the pictures looks bigger than in reality. Please consider all given dimension and compare them to the ruler before ordering. We also advise that images of items on our website might be outdated due to sale out or discontinued products regardless the images still remain on website. What you see on image might not necessarily be available in stock. If you have any concerns about any particular item whether it’s currently available as you see it on image we recommend to contact us info@deluxur.com.au prior purchase to confirm.
Please also note, some jewellery displayed in some of the photographs is for illustration purposes only. Please contact us if you would like any particular way your jewellery piece to be handmade prior ordering.
