Orders are processed Monday through Friday and take 2-3 business days to process for in stock items, about 7 business days for custom/personalised items. Most of the time even less.

ATTENTION: Any Mother’s Day Orders (standard shipping ) should be placed by midnight 1 May 2024 and Express Shipping Orders by 3 May 2024.

If you choose not to go with Express Post after 3 May, we'll assume you're not too keen if your order arrives to you AFTER Mother’s day.

Our current production times may vary between 6-7 business days plus shipping time, in some cases even less. Thanks so much for supporting DELUXUR, we appreciate your patience and understanding!

If you want your parcel quickly, we insist you select Express Post as regular post might take up to 10 business days to arrive to Australia destinations currently. 

PLEASE NOTE: Mother's Day order cutoff is 1 May 2024 ♡ No orders will be accepted after 1 May for Mother’s Day. 

All orders are sent via Australia post. It is not our responsibility if your package is delayed, lost or sent to an incorrect address. PLEASE, double check you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout.

Please note that selecting Express Post will not speed up the processing time of your order, only the time Australia Post takes to deliver your parcel.  

Please allow extra time for delivery. We’d suggest not to leave it to the last moment to place orders if you need your item urgently particular for Mother’s Day gifts, as we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time and are not responsible for not arriving before 12 May. We would strongly recommend choose Express Post $12.99 at checkout to make sure your order will arrive on time

PLEASE NOTE: All domestic orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post and may take much longer than expected to deliver in ADDITION to the production/processing time. We want to apologise in advance for any inconvenience and really appreciate your incredible patience and support. We don’t refund if your order hasn’t arrived before Mother’s Day. We love our customers and would do anything for them! Please contact us ( immediately if you think there are some issues with your order. We want to make sure you are happy and resolve the issue!

Standard Shipping $9.95 - FREE over $55 order

Estimated/approximate delivery times are 3-10 business days to major cities and 7-14 business days to other areas. Deliveries may take more than 14 business days for your area. 

If you are unable to sign for your delivery it will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will be left with Australia Post note to pick up your parcel.

EXPRESS Postage - $12.99

Please note that all personalised orders that are chosen at the checkout to be sent via Express Postage once they are ready, please allow approximately 6-7 business days for your order to be lovingly handmade plus postage. 

If you need your shipment to be expedited, you will be able to choose a faster shipping method at the time of checkout. Production time is additional.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised orders sometimes get held up if we don’t have all the info we need. If you make sure you leave complete personalisation details in the drop-down area or message for seller section when you checkout, it will help avoid delays.

DELUXUR offers FREE SHIPPING within the AU on all orders over $55.


There is a standard shipping fee between AU$18.95 - $49.95 and delivery to most destinations take estimated 14-20 business days plus making/production time. All taxes and duties are to be paid by the recipient.  

All International orders are shipped Economy Airmail. This does NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like a tracking number, it is an additional $18.00. If your order exceeds $300, tracking number at no charge will be included. If you are ordering multiple items it is a good idea to at least get a tracking number. Once item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International orders/customs: Buyer is responsible for all duties and fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs restrictions.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Conditions of Return

If the item is not returned for repain its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Claims of defective items must be made and reported within 3 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be granted in 7-14 business days. Any item that is damaged upon return will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not included in Refund.

Shipping and handling for returned items for the refunds is the buyer's expense. 

We do NOT issue a refund for unclaimed and returned packages refuse to pay the return fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after the purchase of the item. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
