CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME ON CUSTOM / PERSONALISED PIECES IS ABOUT 6-7 BUSINESS DAYS
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and take 2-3 business days to process for in stock items, about 7 business days for custom/personalised items. Most of the time even less. Online orders placed during our Christmas period may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Christmas Orders Within Australia
ATTENTION: Any Christmas Orders (standard shipping ) should be placed by midnight 10 December 2025 and Express Shipping Orders by 15 December 2025.
If you choose not to go with Express Post after 15 December, we'll assume you're not too keen if your order arrives to you AFTER Christmas Day. Customers, please note that orders placed between 16 December 2025 and 4th January 2026 will begin shipping from the 5th January 2026.
Our current production times may vary between 6-7 business days plus shipping time, in some cases even less. Thanks so much for supporting Deluxur, we appreciate your patience and understanding!
POSTAGE
If you want your parcel quickly, we insist you select Express Post as regular post might take up to 10 business days to arrive to Australia destinations currently.
All orders are sent via Australia post. It is not our responsibility if your package is delayed, lost or sent to an incorrect address. PLEASE, double check you have entered the correct delivery address at checkout.
Please note that selecting Express Post will not speed up the processing time of your order, only the time Australia Post takes to deliver your parcel.
Please allow extra time for delivery. We’d suggest not to leave it to the last moment to place orders if you need your item urgently particular for Christmas Day gifts, as we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time and are not responsible for not arriving before 25 December. We would strongly recommend choose Express Post $13.95 at checkout to make sure your order will arrive on time
PLEASE NOTE: All domestic orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post and may take much longer than expected to deliver in ADDITION to the production/processing time. We want to apologise in advance for any inconvenience and really appreciate your incredible patience and support. We don’t refund if your order hasn’t arrived before Christmas Day. We love our customers and would do anything for them! Please contact us (info@deluxur.com.au) immediately if you think there are some issues with your order. We want to make sure you are happy and resolve the issue!
Standard Shipping $10.95 - FREE over $79 order
Estimated/approximate delivery times are 3-10 business days to major cities and 7-14 business days to other areas. Deliveries may take more than 14 business days for your area.
If you are unable to sign for your delivery it will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will be left with Australia Post note to pick up your parcel.
EXPRESS Postage - $13.95
Please note that all personalised orders that are chosen at the checkout to be sent via Express Postage once they are ready, please allow approximately 6-7 business days for your order to be lovingly handmade plus postage.
If you need your shipment to be expedited, you will be able to choose a faster shipping method at the time of checkout. Production time is additional.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalised orders sometimes get held up if we don’t have all the info we need. If you make sure you leave complete personalisation details in the drop-down area or message for seller section when you checkout, it will help avoid delays.

Conditions of Return
If the item is not returned for repain its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Claims of defective items must be made and reported within 3 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be granted in 7-14 business days. Any item that is damaged upon return will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not included in Refund.
Shipping and handling for returned items for the refunds is the buyer's expense.
We do NOT issue a refund for unclaimed and returned packages refuse to pay the return fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours after the purchase of the item. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Late cancellation fee (beyond 24 hours) $15 will apply to the order.
