Orders are processed Monday through Friday and take 1-2 business days to process for in stock items, and 2-3 business days for custom/personalised items. Wholesale Orders would require slightly longer time between 1-2 weeks to process custom/personalised pieces (please contact us at email@example.com for details). While we make every effort to process your shipment within 3 business days, high volumes wholesale orders, additional enforceable circumstances beyond our control could affect processing time.
PLEASE NOTE: All domestic orders will be shipped from Melbourne by Australia Post and may take 4-6 business days for delivery in ADDITION to the production/processing time.
A signature is required for delivery. Estimated delivery times are 4-6 business days to major cities and 7-14 days to other areas. Deliveries can take up to 14 days for remote areas.
If you are unable to sign for your delivery it will be delivered to the nearest post office. You will be left with Australia Post note to pick up your parcel.
Please note that all personalised orders are sent via Express Postage once they are ready, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be lovingly hand made.
If you need your shipment to be expedited, you will be able to choose a faster shipping method at the time of checkout. Production time is additional.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalised orders sometimes get held up if we don’t have all the info we need. If you make sure you leave complete personalisation details in the drop-down area or message for seller section when you checkout, it will help avoid delays.

Processing time for shipping varies due to the nature of order. For details, see individual items.
There is a shipping fee between $15.95 - $18.95 and delivery to most destinations take 10-14 business days. All taxes and duties are to be paid by the recipient.
All International orders are shipped Economy Airmail. This does NOT include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like a tracking number, it is an additional $12.00. If your order exceeds $200, tracking number at no charge will be included. If you are ordering multiple items it is a good idea to at least get a tracking number. Once item is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International orders/customs: Buyer is responsible for all duties and fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Claims of defective items must be made and reported within 3 days of receipt of your order and must be returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund will be granted in 7-14 business days. Any item that is damaged upon return will not be refunded. Shipping costs are not included in Refund.
Shipping and handling for returned items is the buyer's expense.
We do NOT issue a refund for unclaimed and returned packages nor refusal to pay the customs fee.
Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours after the purchase of the item. Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
