Why GOLD FILLED? Gold fill is much more durable and tarnish resistant than gold plated jewellery which will wear off rather quickly. It's a reasonably priced, quality alternative to solid gold. You can wear it all the time also when in contact with water. It also can be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Our Hand stamped jewellery pieces are one of a kind and unique. Although we take great care making each piece, stampings may not be perfectly aligned, centered, or spaced. This is part of the appeal and charm of being hand stamped. Please also note we do not engrave only handstamp. We reject and recycle ones that don't meet our standard.

- Gently clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth suitable for your jewellery's finish.

- Handle delicate chains, pearls and personalised charms with care.
For freshwater pearls, avoid soaking or using jewellery cleaning solutions. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely before storing.

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.
Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.
As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
