Our Hand stamped jewellery pieces are meaningful, one of a kind and unique. Although we take great care making each piece, stampings may not be perfectly aligned, centered, or spaced. This is part of the appeal and charm of being hand stamped. We reject and recycle ones that don't meet our standard. Please Note we do not engrave our jewellery. Hand Stamping only!

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
