HOW TO PERSONALISE

Please check your selections carefully before adding your necklace to the cart, as each piece is custom made especially for you.

PRODUCTION TIME

Please allow 7-8 business days production time for your perfectly customised bracelet, if you need it sooner let us know and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

Remove before showering, swimming or exercising
Store your jewellery carefully when not being worn
Clean regularly and gently by using a little bit of warm water then use a soft cloth to dry and polish

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics and household cleaning products.
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
Gently clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth suitable for your jewellery's finish.
Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place to prevent scratches and tangling.
Handle delicate chains, pearls and personalised charms with care.

For freshwater pearls, avoid soaking or using jewellery cleaning solutions. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely before storing.

Production Time

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
