GOLD FILLED
14kt gold-filled is a solid layer of 14kt gold bonded to another metal, and requires that 1/20 of the metal weight of the jewellery consists of 14K Gold. Gold filled is tarnish resistant, hypoallergenic, and a quality alternative to solid gold. Perfect for people with skin allergy.

925 STERLING SILVER
Sterling silver does tarnish over time, and how quickly it tarnishes depends on the environment, how it is cared, and the chemicals in your skin. Using a polishing cloth will bring back the shine.

CLEANING AND CARE

Wipe your jewellery carefully with a soft cloth to clean off elements that oxidise before storing.
Clean your jewellery frequently using your fingertips with a small amount of warm water and dish soap.

Keep your Deluxur jewellery looking beautiful with a little everyday care.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, cosmetics and household cleaning products.
Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
Gently clean with a soft jewellery polishing cloth suitable for your jewellery's finish.
Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place to prevent scratches and tangling.
Handle delicate chains, pearls and personalised charms with care.

For freshwater pearls, avoid soaking or using jewellery cleaning solutions. Gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow to dry completely before storing.

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.

Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.

As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
