To maintain the quality of your new jewellery, please:
- Take off when you shower or whenever you come into contact with water.
- Do not let bracelets touch body cream or gel and do not use chemical jewellery cleaners.
- Gently polish and clean with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Store your beloved jewellery in a cool dry place.
These handmade bracelets will be processed and ready to ship within 5-6 business days and sent via Australia Post.

Every Deluxur piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio.
Please allow 5–6 business days for your personalised jewellery to be made before dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of eligible, non-personalised jewellery within 30 days of delivery.
As personalised pieces are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
