Thank you for your feedback. We’re so sorry you didn’t receive your order. Unfortunately we were not informed about your undelivered package. Once it leaves our office it is Australia Post responsibility to deliver your parcel. This issue should have been addressed with Australia Post in order to resolve it. Hopefully this will be sorted it out soon.

Great from start to finish

Your service was great from start to finish. Unfortunately, my kid broke it in the first few hours. By the time I was home that day, it was broken!! Just my side of story.
